Volunteer-Team during the event

Would you like to take a look behind the scenes of a stage race? Then become part of our team of volunteers to experience the unique atmosphere and fascination of such an event live.

We are looking for volunteers to support us on site for many exciting tasks. Basically we need help in the following areas, the scope of which varies somewhat depending on the event. It is also important to know: As a rule, you have a clearly defined area of ​​​​responsibility, which we have agreed upon together in advance. Sometimes unforeseeable events require a little flexibility and spontaneity on both sides.

For these tasks we need support, among other things:

  • Truck driver (7.49 t)
  • Breakfast-Team
  • Supervision of refreshment points (VP) on the route
  • Purchasing drinks and food
  • Timing at the finish
  • if necessary, route markings

These tasks are partly interconnected and we would like to have a team that is also welcome to independently discuss the tasks with each other.

TIP: Anyone who helps out as a participant’s companion at an event will receive more favorable conditions with regard to the companion organization fee. We would be happy to discuss the type and extent of the volunteer activity with you individually if necessary.

Compensation for expenses during an event

We attach particular importance to ensuring that our team of volunteers receives compensation for their work at all of our events.

  • Per person per day from arrival to departure – € 20.00 per day, free accommodation and food. Alcoholic drinks must be paid by yourself.
  • Bringing your own car – € 5.00 per day, petrol costs are covered from arrival to home until departure (within Germany).
  • Taking along and staying overnight in your own motorhome – € 15.00 per day, petrol costs are covered from arrival to home until departure (within Germany). Electricity and water can only be offered to a limited extent.
